1. Overview

Fireadmin ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our Firebase admin platform and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: email, display name, authentication identifiers from Firebase Auth (Google, GitHub, email/password).
  • Project data: encrypted Firebase service account credentials, project names, schema metadata, and documents you access through the dashboard.
  • Usage data: logs, IP address, browser type, and actions needed to operate and secure the Service.
  • Billing data: subscription status via PayPal (we do not store full payment card numbers).

3. How we use data

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users and enforce security
  • Process subscriptions and support requests
  • Send security or account-related notifications
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Encryption & storage

Service account JSON is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Platform data is stored in Firebase/Firestore. You control your customer Firebase projects and their policies.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors needed to run the Service (e.g., Firebase, PayPal, hosting) or when required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data. Contact us via account settings. You may delete connected projects at any time.

7. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and backup purposes.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
